Sermon: Rest & Self Care from series Spiritual Disciplines by Rev David Tidey. Songs sung prior to the message were Abide; Oceans; Trust in You & Holy Forever. Prayer focus was: Prayer for our World. The scripture readings were Exodus 20: 8 – 11 and Luke 6: 1 -10. Reflection video played after the message: Song Rest for my Soul by Graham Kendrick.
